The f-risky website is the first place to turn for information on all aspects of sexual health - or you can text/phone us for sexual health advice on 07770 266366 from 9am - 9pm.
The Service is provided by the NHS Bournemouth and Poole Community Health Services and Bournemouth Borough Council.
The purpose of the site is simply to give you access to the facts you need to enjoy safer sex, to reduce your risk of getting a sexually transmitted infection and protecting your self and your partner from an unintended pregnancy.
There is information on the site about local and national services that you can access for help and advice, if you are worried, confused or simply need more information. If you need further help and advice you can text, ring or email the f-risky service which is run by sexual health specialists.
